I recommend 12.5% Haste at minimum for any Frost build (this is the first Haste breakpoint), and then check your Stat Weights and Top Gear for further Haste optimizations.

You dont need multiple weapons/enchants as Frost for arena, at least if you play with holy paladin. HoP makes disarm weapon obsolete in most cases. Damage loss isnt worth it.
